If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your unique jewelry from Snyder’s Silver Lining, please return it to the address below in a padded bubble mailer along with your name, address and contact information. Snyder’s Silver Lining will refund the cost of the product in the manner in which payment was received, no questions asked. Please allow two to three weeks for processing.

Ninety cents should cover the shipping costs, although insurance on your package is recommended. Snyder’s Silver Lining is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Broken Jewelry or Jewelry that must be resized: 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the size or length of a bracelet, anklet or necklace, or if any piece of jewelry has been broken, please return the piece of jewelry to the address listed below in a bubble mailer. Please enclose the length or size desired, name and return address, and Snyder’s Silver Lining will be happy to repair or resize the product free of charge, return shipping included.
