How do I send my child’s jewelry back for resizing?
Snyder’s Silver Lining only guarantees free re-sizing on bracelets that has been properly returned to us.  Please read the shipping instructions carefully to make sure your product ships without damage.  Click here for more information.

I left my bracelet out of its plastic bag all year and it is now discolored. Is it ruined?
No, your bracelet is just badly tarnished. Tarnish occurs on all metals when exposed to gases and oils in the air. All metals respond differently to this process, unfortunately, sterling tends to dull.  There are several ways to clean your jewelry. Click here to read more.

I have used my Sunshine® Polishing Cloth a lot.  Can I wash and reuse it?
No.  Your Sunshine® Polishing Cloth is designed with non-scratch micro-abrasives that help keep your jewelry looking bight. Once your cloth is completely blackened by the tarnish removed from your precious metals, it is time for a new cloth!
